In response to your letter dated August 8 of this year, in which you express your disagreement with the alleged improper charge by ASA personnel arising from a landing made to complete immigration and customs procedures on July 22 of this year at Matamoros Airport, Tamaulipas.

Regarding this matter, I hereby inform you that instructions have been issued to the Commander of that Air Terminal so that, together with the Airport Administrator, they inform all personnel of the provisions on this matter that were published in the Official Gazette of the Federation and that are generally applicable throughout the country.
